When I Flip You Flip We Flip

I’m SO excited to announce that I’ve started my first home flip project in Nashville!  For now, I’m starting small.  I'm working on a 1200 square-foot town home in south Nashville that is in major need of some love.  Luckily, the changes that need to be made are mostly cosmetic, which is rare in a renovation.

There are tons of items on my To Do List, but here are the most impactful changes I’ll be making:

  • Gut master bathroom
  • Gut kitchen
  • New plumbing and fixtures in powder room
  • Paint walls
  • Scrape popcorn ceilings
  • New interior and exterior doors

Here are some sad before pictures … remember these because you’re going to see a HUGE transformation.

I’ve decided to go with a bright and airy, but soft vibe, while still staying true to my organic, modern aesthetic.  The color palette will be black, white and grey with brass accents.  Here are some inspiration photos I'm using to guide me in the design process.
